Best Cities to visit in Rajasthan

So, hey guys welcome to our blog where today we will share amazing cities to visit if you are planning your trip to Rajasthan.
So. Here is the list :

1. Jaipur (the Pink city)

Jaipur is Rajasthan’s biggest city and its capital. It is known as the Pink City due to the distinct color of its buildings. The ‘pink’ of the Pink City is Gerua in which the city was coated during the visit of the Prince of Wales in 1905-06. Jaipur is known as much for its fascinating monuments and colorful markets as it is for its gorgeous handloom garments and wonderfully laid-out gardens. You have to visit here if you are traveling to Rajasthan.

2. Jodhpur (the Blue city)
Modern Jodhpur stretches well beyond the city walls, but it’s the immediacy and buzz of the old Blue City and the larger-than-life fort that capture travellers’ imaginations. This crowded, hectic zone is also Jodhpur’s main tourist area. Areas of the old city further west, such as Navchokiya, are just as atmospheric, with far less hustling. You should not miss the food here, it's a must have thing.

3. Udaipur ( city of Lakes)
Udaipur, also known as the City of Lakes, is the crown jewel of the state of Rajasthan. It is surrounded by the beautiful Aravalli Hills in all directions, making this city as lovely as it is. This 'Venice of the East' has an abundance of natural beauty, mesmerising temples and breathtaking architecture which makes it a must-visit destination in India.  A boat ride through the serene waters of Lake Pichhola will be enough to prove to you why Udaipur is the pride of Rajasthan.

4. Jaisalmer
Jaisalmer is a former medieval trading center and a princely state in the western Indian state of Rajasthan, in the heart of the Thar Desert. Known as the "Golden City," it's distinguished by its yellow sandstone architecture. Dominating the skyline is Jaisalmer Fort, a sprawling hilltop citadel buttressed by 99 bastions. Behind its massive walls stand the ornate Maharaja's Palace and intricately carved Jain temples. Here desert camel safari is very famous and you should try in once.

5. Kota
Kota is a city on the Chambal River in Rajasthan, northern India. Inside the Kota Garh, or City Palace, the Maharao Madho Singh Museum exhibits miniature paintings and antique weapons. South, along the river, tranquil Chambal Garden has a pond with crocodiles.

6.Pushkar
Pushkar is a town bordering the Thar Desert, in the northeastern Indian state of Rajasthan. It's set on Pushkar Lake, a sacred Hindu site with 52 ghats (stone staircases) where pilgrims bathe. The town has hundreds of temples, including 14th-century Jagatpita Brahma Mandir. You can hire a cab from Jodhpur to Pushkar at easy package.

7. Ajmer
Surrounded by Aravali ranges, the city of Ajmer is most famous for the Ajmer Sharif Dargah of saint Muin-ud-din Chishti. Located at a distance of 130 km from Jaipur and 14 kms from Pushkar in Rajasthan, the city is firmly bound by its traditions and culture. Ajmer has a unique charm which lies in the ethos and craftsmanship practised over centuries. You can go Ajmer from Jodhpur easily also by road.
